Khloe Kardashian is Choosing Family over Fame

Just what we all wanted…  Some time off from the Kardashians family time for Khole and Lamar. 

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom announced that they will no longer film anymore of their E! reality series Khloe & Lamar late last month.  Kardashian, 27, Odom, 32, have decided to put their family first.

Awwww!  Hopefully we’ll be seeing some new Kardashians to terriorize us babies soon! 

The pair is in their second season of Khloe & Lamar, but they are both hesitant to agree to a third season, the network says. 

Lamar wants to work on his game!  And for good reason…  Poor Lamar was traded to the Dallas Mavericks earlier this season, demoted to the D-League, and then dropped from the Mavericks in April.  Sheesh!  Talk about losing your game!

“They have decided he should spend his off-season focused on training,” says a source close to the couple.  "Not only does Lamar want his game back, he hopes he can land a spot back on the L.A. Lakers or even on the Clippers," the source adds.

We don’t blame Lamar for wanting to go back to L.A.  He was the 6^th man of the year last season while playing for the Lakers.  Hopefully he can get back on his game and go back to back to cali cali!  Lolz

“The pair is back in L.A. and are anxious to start a family,” the source reveals.  “They really want to have a baby and are trying everything.  But it’s so personal to them.  Now that they’re back home in L.A., they can work on that more.  Privately.”

Private in L.A. huh?  Lolz  The couple was better off staying in Dallas to get away from the public eye!  Well hopefully they can get some privacy…  At least when they begin trying to reproduce!  Hehe!

Teen Mom 2 Star Janelle Evans Shows off New Boobs

*Sigh*  Just what we needed...  Another mom with a boob job!

Teen Mom 2 star Janelle Evans opted in for a  balloons on her chest breast augmentation.  It has only been less than a week and the 21-year-old single mom was spotted in a racy Victoria's Secret bikini in Wilmington, North Carolina Saturday.

 Evans' tweeted that she "was a B is now a full C."

"I wouldn't do any other form of plastic surgery," Evans also tweeted.

Her breast job looks uhhh kind of too fake great!  Lolz  We're wondering if it was worth the trouble.  But if you're a Teen Mom, getting fake boobies is a must!  Maci and Farrah anyone?!  Yes...  Those two teen moms also got their boobs done!

"I'm not going to lie, my boobs are hurting so bad.  I can't stop crying.  Gary left and I'm home all alone.  I wish he was here," Evans tweeted Sunday night.



Gary huh?  Whaaaaa?!  Well if you didn't already know, the new boob having mommy has rekindled the flame with Gary Head.  This is cray cray!  Her ex-man Kieffer Delp helped her recover from her surgery!  Being kind doesn't get women anymore!  Awww... Sorry Kieffer.  At least you helped with the new boobies that are suddenly appearing everywhere.  

New boobs, new man.  (Well sort of new man).  Lolz  However, a source said, "I'm sure they'll be over before they fully begin."

We're sure we'll be seeing a lot more of Evans' new boobs despite how bad they hurt!  "I can only sleep on my back and side.  I'm happy with the results.  I'm more confident in my looks," Evans said on Twitter. 

Jennifer Lopez, Emma Stone - Same Dress! Fashion Face-off!

So we've heard about the songstress Jennifer Lopez in her over-played now-famous snake dress, but she has a competitor.  Or should we say, Emma Stone has a competitor?!  On January 13th, 2012, The Help star, Emma Stone wore the same color blocked Lanvin snake dress.  J. Lo wore the same frock on April 30th.  And now...  We want to know who wore it best? 

Lanvin's design is very creative.  The dress is just in time for the trendy color blocked fashion.  It is nude, rose, and black.  But...  The best part is the crystal snake that begins at the hem of the dress and wraps around the neck!  How's that for a fashion statement?  EEEK!

Lopez, 42, wore the long sleeve get-up to a news conference to announce her heavily anticipated tour with Enrique Iglesias at Boulevard3 in L.A. last Monday.  We love the look on J. Lo!  The snake adorned dress hugs her in all the right places!  We would do practically anything to have her body!  Booooootyyyylicious!  J. Lo finished her look off with Giuseppe Zanotti pumps, small gold earrings, and her hair pulled back.  We got a great view of the crystal snake around Jennifer's neck!  Loves it!

Stone, 23, doesn't look as dramatic as Ms. Bootylicious over there, but she still rocked the hell out of that legless slithery reptile!  Stone wore the dress for W magazine's pre-Golden Globe celebration at the Chateau Marmont in L.A. back in January.  Stone added black satin pumps and let her wavy locks loose for the night.  The star looked ravishing!

Kate Upton gets Naughty in Tiny Bikini to “Cat Daddy”

We know that swimsuit models are sexy, but the 2012 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue model, Kate Upton, 19, turned sexy into borderline slutty! 

Upton’s performance of the “Cat Daddy” turned off youtube, but turned on viewers.  Youtube took the video down claiming that it violates their policy on nudity or sexual content.

 

However, the video is still alive and running on Vimeo where photographer Terry Richardson has a channel.  Richardson “directed” the whole “Cat Daddy” ordeal. 

As for Upton, this isn’t the first time she has sent the web into frenzy.  Upton is famous for not only posing in bikinis, but also dancing in them!  Upton has also danced to the Cali swag District’s “Teach me How to Dougie” at an L.A. Clippers game.

Tsk Tsk Kate!  At least when you did the “Dougie,” you were in the same proximity as NBA stars in clothes, but you did the “Cat Daddy” for Richardson almost naked?  You do know he’s balding right? 

The 19-year-old swimsuit model may have said, “That’s it.  That’s all you’re gonna see.  Get out of here,” while covering up her chest at the end of her 20 second video, but we have a feeling she’ll be back.  Maybe next time her boobs will pop out.  Just kidding!

Lady Gaga ends Relationship with Taylor Kinney

Breaking up is hard to do… Unless you have a world tour!

Lady Gaga cuts ties with boyfriend Taylor Kinney right before taking off to her Born This Way Ball world tour.

The phenomenal pop star, 26, and The Vampire Diaries actor, 30, are now “on a break,” a source reveals.  “She will be touring non-stop until next year and she has found she can’t have a relationship at the same time.”

The couple dated for 10 months…  Apparently Kinney didn’t bite Gaga the right way!  Lolz

“They weren’t exactly destined for the altar.  Taylor was all about himself, a typical actor, and didn’t completely get Gaga,” says the source.

Maybe if Gaga wore her meat dress again, Taylor would’ve taken more interest!  Flesh and blood readily available for a Vampire Diaries star…  Jackpot!  That’s a dress Taylor would’ve never wanted to see come off!  Ha!

The source adds that Gaga liked him for the wrong reasons.  “She loved that she got this guy who everyone thought was hot!  But it was never going to last.  The actor was never attentive to her.”

Betsey Johnson’s Chapter 11 Bankruptcy gets a Sweet Thrill with Cupcakes and Champagne

Success is not the only thing that has a sweet smell.  Apparently, there is also a sweet smell of bankruptcy!

Betsey Johnson filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy last Thursday and instead of feeling glum, she popped bottles of champagne and ate cupcakes with her now ex-employees.

Betsey Johnson’s ex-design team celebrated getting their pink slips with newly resigned CEO Jon Friedman.  

Betsey and her design team were having a company-wide meeting that turned into a party.

I guess there was no need to have a meeting anymore?  The celebration took place in the showroom where cupcakes and champagne were served.

Cupcakes and champagne during a bankruptcy is always better than being down in the dumps.  The sugar servings were a great idea Betsey!  It’s kind of difficult to be sad when your on a sugar high.

The leopard print-tutu-wearing-pink-princess’ licensee filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Thursday.

Unfortunately for Betsey Johnson, as a result of the filing, 63 stores will lock their doors and fold their clothes one last time beginning next month. 

With stores closing, it can only mean that Betsey Johnson is saying 'hasta luego' to her employees.  More than 350 employees are expected to say good-bye to their jobs.

I guess that means no more frolicking around in pink tutus! :(

 

Betsey spoke out on the matter on Thursday:

"I feel so sad for my store people and all my pink girls. They live and die for me. But I need to be better. I really need to work well and be more efficient."

Even with the loss of over 350 employees, the original pink girl, Betsey Johnson will remain employed as creative director for the company.  She will now focus completely on her line sold at Macy’s, which is a lot more moderately priced than her line at her boutiques.

 

The iconic sequins, bold colors, and celebrity faces had been in danger of losing their popularity for quite some time now.  Footwear retailer Steve Madden bailed out Betsey Johnson in 2010 for a $48 million loan that defaulted. 

It was just a matter of time for the cartwheels to be over.

None other than the magnificent French designer Christian Louboutin would score such an iconic role to flip the look of Disney's Cinderella's glass slipper.

Cinderella's classic glass slipper will forever be a representation of the well-known movie, but there is never anything wrong with receiving a makeover!

Christian Louboutin's designs are glorious, vibrant, and visibly beautiful.  The re-release of Disney's Cinderella on Blu-ray will be made over with red lacquered soles for Cinderella's glass slippers.

Their popularity is only going to continue to grow!  Even Justin Bieber has taken the likes of Sophia Grace & Rosie by tweeting about them.

Justin said in his tweet to girlfriend Selena Gomez that she has some competition! 

Are we sure Sophia Grace & Rosie aren't Justin's children?  Maybe it's time for another paternity test!  Just kidding!

The fifth star of ‘Sex and the City sold for $9.85 million

The tales of ‘Sex and the City’ wouldn’t have been as fun and entertaining without Carrie Bradshaw’s home.  The sweet memories of Carrie Bradshaw tip toeing through her apartment in her Manolo Blahnik's will always stay fresh in our minds.

The well-known apartment at 64 Perry Street located in Manhattan’s West Village now has a new owner.  The apartment sold for $9.85 million  earlier this month to an anonymous buyer.  The New York Observer noted that in city records it is listed as MMKK Perry Street Realty LLC.

On SATC the apartment is shown to be a lot smaller than what it actually is.  Carrie lived in a one-bedroom apartment with a small kitchen and a decent sized living room.  In reality, the home is at about 4,104 square feet that includes five-bedrooms, a basement, a sun room, and a backyard!

Carrie played a freelance journalist with a never-ending addiction to expensive footwear.  There was no way she would’ve ever been able to afford such a luxurious pad!  In March, the property was listed for $9.65 million with Sotheby Realty.  The home was previously bought less than a year ago for $9 million.  How’s that for a nice profit?  I hope the new owners are ready for incessant tours and passersby.

The SATC fanatics will never forget the façade of Carrie’s old apartment.  The unforgettable scene of Carrie telling Mr. Big that she doesn’t live here anymore because she’s moving to Paris with her lover Alexander Petrovsky will forever stick in our minds.

 The original setting for many scenes on SATC (shown below) were shot at 64 Perry Street.  The show was actually supposed to be on the Upper East Side.  Producers then moved next door to 66 Perry Street.

According to a New York Times feature, the 1866 home isn’t just famous for SATC.  It was built by architect Robert Mook and it was also used for a six-decade romance between documentary filmmaker Wheaton Galentine architect Harold Eliot Leeds.

Kim Kardashian for Mayor?

If the flour bombing and the unexpected plans to marry Kanye West didn’t get your attention, then how do you feel about the reality star Kim Kardashian running for mayor?

In an episode of E!’s “Khloe and Lamar” Kim expressed her interest in running for the mayor of Glendale, CA in a few years. 

Kim says, “I decided I’m going to run for the mayor of Glendale.”  She added that she and a friend are “looking into all of the requirements.”

Kim picked the city of Glendale due to its vast population of Armenians.

 

Could this just be another PR stunt for Kim, or is she actually trying to flourish into a real work environment?  Kim is known for her attention grabbing headlines and appearing on almost every celebrity entertainment news site at least once a day.

The only problem with this situation is that it’s not something that can end or begin within the next 72 days.  (Kris Humphries anyone?) 

The Los Angeles Times spoke with Glendale city spokesman Tom Lorenz, who said, 

"No. 1, you don't run for mayor in the city of Glendale," Lorenz said. "It is not an elected position in the city. The elected positions are five City Council people, a city clerk and treasurer." The city does have a sitting mayor, but the position is voted on by the council.  Kardashian better learn these technicalities if she's serious about her bid for mayor. 

Technicalities?  Serious?  Kim doesn’t deal with technicalities Mr. Tom Lorenz.  Kim is the queen of all things possible, but does she even know what a technicality is?  Sadly for Kim, she better start learning or her quest for mayor may never begin.

Running for mayor could certainly just be another phase for Kim.  It may not be ideal for someone with commitment issues to run for mayor.  But hey, if Arnold Schwarzenegger took the likes of the California government, how hard can it be for a reality star to make it as well?

For all we know, this may be her calling.  “Kim Kardashian for mayor…” I can only wait and see what her campaign slogans will say.
